The Archived Obsession

Hello!! I come to you in a super excited, hyped-up-on-awesome-books mood as I have just finished The Unbound by Victoria Schwab. I am literally OBSESSED with these books. I read The Archived over the summer and got The Unbound for Christmas this year and have literally just finished it like an hour ago. I went looking for any information about a third book, which sadly looks like is not going to happen, but ended up finding a short story Victoria had written a couple years ago instead. It was SO GOOD. It for sure helped me feel a bit more closure with the story as I wanted to see how Mackenzie and Wesley ended up. Not to mention, we finally learn Wesley's real name!!! In case you have read this series and haven't found this short story, I'm going to link it  here  for your enjoyment. I just need more Wesley and for the entire world to read these books please. That's not too much to ask, right?  Sorry this post is kind of crazy, but I am just so pumped about these b

2017 Bookish Resolutions

Hello everyone! This post is going up a little later than I intended, but I've been feeling a little under the weather this week so I haven't really felt like blogging. But today I'm feeling a bit better, so I thought I would share with you some goals that I have for myself this year 😊 1) Goodreads goal: 20 books This one is just the generic Goodreads goal to start off my resolutions for the year. Be a more consistent reader As I mentioned in my  Book Blog Newbie Tag  post, I am kind of a cycle reader, so I will go through periods of time where I read like crazy and then don't read at all for a couple months. This year I really hope to change this and become more co

It seems so weird to be in 2017 for me because 2016 is the year I graduated high school, and I never really thought past life in 2016. That might seem odd, but all though school it seemed as though 2016 was the infamous year that would never actually get here, but now it has come and gone so fast. 2016 was the year that I graduated high school and completed my first semester of college, it was such a stressful but awesome year of life for me. I can only hope that 2017 will be as awesome. To start off this year I have a few books I hope to read. I don't know if I'll actually read all these because 1) I'll be back at college, so I don't know how much reading time I'll have, and 2) I'm a really moody reader so who knows if I'll feel like reading some of these books when I get there. But I'm going to try and make a TBR as a kind of goal for myself to get these books read in a timel
