Bookmas Day 1: Bookmas Tree!

Hello readers!

Today is the first day of Bookmas! I am super excited for this to start and to get a lot of reading done over the next 12 days!

My bookmas tree is a bit on the smaller side as I don't have a large collection of books because I get a lot of books from the library. It is also a bit messy because I had no idea what I was doing, but nonetheless I tried my best! So, here is my little rendition of the Bookmas tree!

Reading Progress Update: So far today I have read 30 pages of One Plus One, but I plan to continue reading today and hopefully get to around 250 today! We will see how this goes.

Fall Wrap Up

Hi, friends! I can't believe the ending of another season is already here! I haven't read a ton of books this season, but the ones that I did read, I have really enjoyed! I am excited to share the books I read this fall with you! Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I listened to this book on audio book, and I absolutely loved it! I have heard so much about this book for so long that I finally decided to pick it up myself, and I am so glad I did. I loved getting to see this very unique perspective on all the fairy tales we heard growing up. This story is so imaginative, and I love the world, and worlds, that Seanan McGuire brings to life in this novel. My Favorite Books of 2017

2017 has flown by, but not without leaving behind some really awesome books. This year as a whole has been a more challenging one for me, but I did read a few books that have stuck with me along the way. Here is my list of books that have stayed with me and left an impression this year: A List of Cages by Robin Roe Amazon I loved this book so much! I borrowed this book from the library, and I so wish I could have kept it! I gave this book a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The Unbound by Victoria Schwab Amazon The first book I ever read by Victoria Schwab was The Archived, and I loved it! This was the equally fantastic sequel that I read this year. I gave this book a five out of five stars. The only thing I wish is that THE PUBLISHER WOULD LET HER WRITE THE THIRD BOOK!!
